WORK PERFORMANCE WHEEL

Directions: Draw a wheel and divide it into 8 sections labelling each one as per the example below. Regarding the centre of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as 10, rank your level of competency in each area by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge as shown.

The new perimeter of the circle represents your current work performance and will help you to decide where to start in your business development.

If you still can't decide where to start, ask yourself this question "If I could only change one thing about the way I work, what would make the most difference to me, my business or the bottom line?"
